Trong đó (http://youtu.be/……..) là link video của các bạn nhé giờ ta chuyển sang bước 2.

Bước 2 : Sau khi nhập đầy đủ phần nội dung ở trên thì các bạn vào gmail của mình soạn nội dung như bên dưới và gửi tới copyright@youtube.com; support@youtube.com với :

Tiêu đề : Unsuspended Youtube Account.
Nội dung:

Dear Youtube team,

Thanks you very much for re-reviewing my Youtube channel ....... and unsuspending

my Youtube account!

My whole Youtube account ........ was suspended due to a video that was flagged for

spam, scam, and commercially deceptive content, and I have reviewed the

community guidelines and I don't see how my video violates them in any way.

According to Youtube's email, the only penatly was related to the video below. I

could not agree with the reason for this penatly was because the video was allegedly

flagged for spam, scam, and commercially deceptive which violates Youtube's

Community Guidelines. These are the following reasons I don't agree with the

penatly.

1/ The contents of the video "................." does not contain any spam in the video or

in the comments so it does not violate the spam policies. The video was................

2/ The video does not utilize service that increase traffic artificially. All views and

traffic are authentic.

3/ The video does not contain misleading metadata.

It would be awesome if you can take a look and address my issues. Again, thanks you

very much for unsuspending my Youtube account

We wish google reconsider my case, and have a better resolution. Sincere thanks

The song used as the background for my video is the song of singer (…….). the song is lso on the shared in pudlic domains. it is not defined by copyright protection law of (…………) the country where i live So i belive that the song is not owned and recorded by routenote. the report for the singer(….. )is mistaje and i suspect they are abusing it i consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the districct in wich my address is located . or if my address is outside of the united states. the judicial district in wich Youtube is located and will accept service of process from the claimants.
